Doce Tomic is Chair of the Worldsource IIROC and MFDA Dealerships, and President of Worldsource Financial Management Inc. (WFM) and Worldsource Securities Inc. (WSI), assuming these roles in 2021.

Doce brings 30 years as an experienced wealth management senior executive with cross-functional success in business leadership, multi-regional operations, strategically re-aligning businesses and moving strong performing organizations to the next level. Prior to joining Credential, other senior positions included Chief Operating Officer for Wellington West Capital and a 16-year career at RBC, including roles as Head of Wealth Management Canada, President of RBC Dominion Securities, President and CEO of RBC Action Direct and Head of Investment Operations.

Doce holds a Diploma Finance, Business Administration from BCIT. He has successfully completed an extensive number of industry-related courses, including the Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers (PDO) course from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Kristen McLaren is Chief Financial Officer for Worldsource Financial Management Inc., Worldsource Securities Inc. and IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. (Worldsource, collectively). Kristen joined Worldsource in 2019 and assumed her current role in May 2021. She works closely with the executives of the Worldsource entities to support the execution of corporate strategic plans.

Kristen joined Worldsource as Controller, managing the finance team and playing a key role in developing financial processes to enhance and maintain the financial health of the businesses. Directly before joining Worldsource, Kristen was the Finance Manager at Catalyst Capital Group, a large Canadian Private Equity firm, where she managed a team of accountants and oversaw the preparation and delivery of financials for the group of private funds. Prior to this role, Kristen was in public audit at KPMG LLP where she served global clients across the banking and asset management space.

Kristen earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation and has completed a variety of industry-related courses such as the Canadian Securities course, CFO Qualifying course and Partners, Directors and Senior Officers (PDO) course from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Jacqueline Rodney is Vice President, Operations for Worldsource Financial Management and Worldsource Securities Inc., with a focus on driving results, managing risk, ensuring operational and technological efficiency, and leadership of specific strategic initiatives to support business growth. Her results-focused style and expertise in developing and executing strategy played a major role in her successes.

Jacqueline joined Worldsource in 2019 with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jacqueline’s progressive career started in Calgary in the early 1980s, as an Operations Administrator for Wood Gundy and included some formative years at the Alberta Securities Commission as a Securities Investigator. Jacqueline has developed industry expertise in various functions and has led teams in Operations, Client Services, Compliance, Risk and Relationship Management for both MFDA and IIROC-regulated firms.

Prior to joining Worldsource in 2019, Jacqueline led a national team of Business Risk Consultants in overseeing Governance & Risk Controls at CIBC Wood Gundy. During her tenure at Tangerine, formerly ING Direct, she had responsibilities for Wealth Operations including Registered Products Administration and Shared Services.  Jacqueline also spent a number of years at ATB Financial, a member of the team responsible for launching their Wealth Management subsidiaries. After launch she continued to lead the Operations team that supported their fully integrated MFDA/IIROC subsidiaries as self-clearing dealerships.  

Jacqueline oversees the Operations team, which includes Administration, Advisor Relations and Training.  

Rob McLean

Rob McLean is Senior Vice President, Information Technology, for Guardian Capital Group Limited (Guardian). He joined Guardian in 2020, and has responsibility to lead all areas of IT, including establishing and developing strategies and governance, in support of Guardian Capital and its subsidiaries.

Rob began his career in the financial services industry in 1992, when he joined Coast Capital Savings. Prior to joining Guardian, he was SVP, Head of Operations and Technology Services at Qtrade Financial Group (with previous roles including SVP, Business Solutions and VP, Operations). Prior to Qtrade, Rob held roles with Credential Financial Group, including VP, Technology.

Rob graduated from University of British Columbia with a BA (Political Science) degree and is a certified Portfolio Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.

Trish Nielson

Trish Nielsen is Head of Partnerships & Business Development for Worldsource Securities Inc. (WSI) and Worldsource Financial Management Inc. (WFM). She joined Worldsource in January 2015 and assumed her current role in January 2021, Trish provides strategic direction, leadership and guidance for all business development activities for both dealerships and, with her team, champions advisor advocacy and an elevated partner relations experience.

Trish’s career in the financial services industry began in 1999 when she joined a preeminent Canadian bank’s brokerage arm of as a full service Investment Advisor. This solid beginning led into a lengthy tenure as Vice President of Sales with a leading national investment dealer. In this role, she was responsible for multi-divisional sales growth, including online discount brokerage, insurance, and proprietary product and portfolio solutions through its investment arm. She concurrently led an ongoing, holistic practice management agenda with IIROC and MFDA licensed advisors within the dealerships’ strategic channels. Before joining Worldsource, Trish, in the capacity as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager, was instrumental in launching a global private client group’s entry into the Canadian marketplace. This initiative focused on working directly with high net worth clients and expanding the firm's North American presence.

Trish is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, with degrees in International Relations and Psychology. She has held the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation since 2002 and has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Natasa Morfesis

VP DEALER COMPLIANCE & CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Natasa Morfesis is Vice President, Dealer Compliance, Worldsource Wealth Management Inc. (WWM) and Chief Compliance Officer, Worldsource Financial Management Inc. (WFM). Natasa joined WFM in 2010 and assumed her current roles in 2020. She has responsibility for the overall compliance of Worldsource Wealth Management’s financial services dealerships, with a clear focus on developing consistency and unity between our IIROC dealership, Worldsource Securities Inc. (WSI) and WFM.  Natasa will continue to build beneficial partnerships between Advisors and WFM/WSI that enable and facilitate business success within regulatory boundaries.

Natasa’s career in the financial services industry began in 1995 when she joined Midland Walwyn. In the following years, she gained valuable experience within the industry, transitioning from an Operations background with CIBC World Markets, into the auditing and compliance field with Blackmont Capital and Assante, before joining WFM. During her tenure with WFM, Natasa has made significant contributions towards developing the successful and respected compliance framework that exists today, an environment that understands and supports the independent and entrepreneurial approach of Advisors, while navigating the challenges of a changing regulatory environment.

Natasa earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.
